Introducing the Tiny Studio Monthly Sketchbook 🌿

I’ve been wanting to create something that brings each month inside Tiny Studio together in one place — and this is it.

The Tiny Studio Monthly Sketchbook is designed to guide you through the whole month gently, one small creative step at a time.

Rather than jumping straight into a finished painting, we’ll begin by slowing down, sketching, noticing shapes and practising individual elements before bringing everything together in our final hero project.

Each monthly Sketchbook will be inspired by a seasonal theme and will include a mix of:

  • six Tiny Studio inspiration studies

  • sketching practice and traceables

  • Colour Me pages

  • creative prompts

  • a finished hero painting

  • printable stickers and little collectible extras

  • a Tiny Studio Passport page to mark each completed collection

The idea is not to create perfect pages.

It’s to give you somewhere to experiment, practise, make mistakes, try again and gradually build confidence.

You can work through everything in order, dip into the projects that appeal to you most, or use the Sketchbook simply as inspiration for your own Tiny Visual Diary.

Our first collection: End of Summer ☀️

September’s Sketchbook is called End of Summer — a collection inspired by those last warm days we want to hold onto a little longer.

Think beach umbrellas, flip-flops, seashells, summer drinks, picnics and soft evening sunsets.

We’ll sketch them, paint them, colour them and eventually bring the collection together in our September hero painting.

And this is only the beginning.

Each month will become another little chapter in your creative year — and over time, I hope your Sketchbooks become a record of how much your confidence, style and creativity have grown.

Sketch first. Paint second. Build confidence one tiny painting at a time. 💚
